Design

The 2022 Nissan Pathfinder gets the job done with its definite shape and a body that you can’t help but lay your eyes upon. In addition, the model’s size is huge and more enhanced with the help of gigantic tires.

A floating roofline, C-Shaped headlights, and a V-motion grille with a 3-slot grille are included in the new model. To maintain the original theme, the boxed-out lift gate reference is used along with the standard Slim Upper Daytime Running lights (DRLs).

The car’s shape has also seen a drastic change when talking about car’s shape. The trunk now feels like a part of the car and not just something just hanging at the back. The sides of the car look smooth and silky.

The model is not junky and cramped up, making the car scream luxury and clean.

Fourteen color combination options are offered, and the 2022 model includes five new two-tone combinations, which also have a mixture of Scarlet Ember and Super Black Metallic.

The length of the car is 197.0inches, width 77.9inches, height 70.9inches, and wheelbase 114.2inches.

The 2022 Nissan Pathfinder comes with trim designs that include Base, S, SV, SL, and Platinum. Along with the standard 17-inch wheels, you are offered the 20-inch wheels as the buyer upgrades.

The 2022 Nissan Pathfinder made a giant leap towards upgrading its interior. The model comes with a new option of Captains Chair and one-touch fold, making things easier for third-row passengers.

The Pathfinder offers 16-cup holders, large door pockets, and a glove compartment. A huge bin just below the front-center console allows the passengers to stock up whatever they like.

As you move up the trim levels, new upgraded features are introduced, including semi-aniline leather upholstery, panoramic sunroof, ventilated and heated seats.

Performance

Like the previous year’s model, the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder comes with a 284-hp 3.5-liter V-6 and the standard front-wheel drive, which can be upgraded to an all-wheel drive. The model can generate a torque of 259 Lb-Ft @4800RPM.

The old CVT transmission has been replaced by the new 9-speed automatic transmission along with an AWD, which comes with the option of Terrain Mode.

The car can sprint up to 60 MPH within a good 6.3seconds and a quarter-mile in 16seconds. The revised steering geometry and an efficient suspension setup allow the passengers to enjoy a swift and smooth ride.
