2019 Nissan Altima Trim Levels

2019 Nissan Altima S Trim Level

The S trim level of the new Nissan Altima comes with the standard 2.5L I-4 engine that delivers 188 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque when equipped with front-wheel drive (FWD).

This sedan also makes Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) available, which is great for drivers who commute to the office during snowy winter weather. With this drivetrain, the same engine can put out 182 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque.

Safety comes standard on the Nissan Altima, which includes collision mitigation features on this base-level trim, like:

  • Automatic Emergency Braking
  • Intelligent Driver Alertness

Inside the cabin, you’ll find the standard NissanConnect® 8-inch touchscreen display. This display screen can show important information from your smartphone, whether it’s connected via Apple CarPlay™ or Android Auto™.

SR Trim level of the Nissan Altima and SR VC-TURBO™

The SR Trim level comes with the same powertrain as the S. Although, if you want even more power, you can upgrade to the SR VC-TURBO™ trim. This equips your vehicle with a 2.0L turbo I-4 engine that delivers 248 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque with FWD, and 236 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque with AWD.

The SR trim adds in more safety technology, like:

  • Blind Spot Warning
  • Rear Cross-Traffic Alert

It presents an even sportier exterior, as well, by upgrading the standard 16-inch steel wheels to 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels. The interior is sportier, too, with its Sport Cloth seat trim, leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather-wrapped shift knob, and paddle shifters with manual shift mode.

2019 Altima SV

The Nissan Altima SV gives you a wide range of technology upgrades, including even more driver-assist features to help you stay more aware of your surroundings. These upgrades include:

  • Intelligent Cruise Control
  • ProPILOT Assist™
  • Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection
  • Intelligent Lane Intervention

It also includes the Rear Sonar System and Rear Automatic Braking, which can help you parallel park more conveniently. These systems can alert you to items to your rear and even hit the brakes automatically to help you avoid a potential collision.

SL Trim Level

When you upgrade to the SL trim level of the Nissan Altima, you’ll get a full infotainment system upgrade. It equips your NissanConnect® 8-inch touchscreen display with Nissan Door to Door Navigation, SiriusXM® Traffic and Travel Link, and Nissan Voice-Recognition for audio and navigation.

It also upgrades your sound system to the Bose® Premium Audio System that places nine speakers around the cabin to create a surround-sound experience.

These premium upgrades are rounded out by an interior appointed with heated leather seats.

Platinum/Platinum VC-TURBO™ Trim for the 2019 Nissan Altima

 

The 2019 Nissan Altima Platinum and Platinum VC-TURBO™ trims pull out all the stops. In addition to letting you choose between the 2.5L and 2.0L turbo engines, it also comes with some new technology features, like the Intelligent Around View® Monitor and Traffic Sign Recognition.

This trim level also has 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, leather-appointed seats, and a driver’s memory seat that lets you lock your setting into place so that it’s easy to return to after letting a friend borrow the car.
